I am in Heaven now, sitting on God's lap.
He loves me and cries with me; for my heart has been broken.
I so wanted to be your little girl. I don't quite understand what has happened.
I was so excited when I began realizing my existence.
I was in a dark, yet comfortable place. I saw I had fingers and toes.
I was pretty far along in my developing, yet not near ready to leave my surroundings.
I spent most of my time thinking or sleeping.
Even from my earliest days, I felt a special bonding between you and me.
Sometimes I heard you crying and I cried with you. Sometimes you would yell or scream, then cry.
I heard Daddy yelling back.
I was sad, and hoped you would be better soon.
I wondered why you cried so much. One day you cried almost all of the day.
I hurt for you. I couldn't imagine why you were so unhappy.
That same day, the most horrible thing happened.
A very mean monster came into that warm, comfortable place I was in.
I was so scared, I began screaming, but you never once tried to help me.
Maybe you never heard me.
The monster got closer and closer as I was screaming and screaming,
"Mommy, Mommy, help me please; Mommy, help me."
Complete terror is all I felt.
I screamed and screamed until I thought I couldn't anymore.
Then the monster started ripping my arms off.
It hurt so bad; the pain I can never explain.
It didn't stop. Oh, how I begged it to stop.
I screamed in horror as it ripped my leg off.
Though I was in such complete pain, I was dying.
I knew I would never see your face or hear you say how much you love me.
I wanted to make all your tears go away.
I had so many plans to make you happy.
Now I couldn't; all my dreams were shattered.
Though I was in utter pain and horror, I felt the pain of my heart breaking, above all.
I wanted more than anything to be your daughter.
No use now, for I was dying a painful death.
I could only imagine the terrible things that they had done to you.
I wanted to tell you that I love you before I was gone, but I didn't know the words you could understand.
And soon, I no longer had the breath to say them; I was dead.
I felt myself rising. I was being carried by a huge angel into a big beautiful place.
I was still crying, but the physical pain was gone.
The angel took me to God and set me on His lap.
He said He loved me, and He was my Father. Then I was happy. I asked Him what the thing was that killed me. He answered, "Abortion.
I am sorry, my child; for I know how it feels."
I don't know what abortion is;
I guess that's the name of the monster.

I'm writing to say that I love you and to tell you how much I wanted to be your little girl.
I tried very hard to live.
I wanted to live. I had the will, but I couldn't; the monster was too powerful.
It sucked my arms and legs off and finally got all of me. It was impossible to live.
I just wanted you to know I tried to stay with you.
I didn't want to die.

Also, Mommy, please watch out for that abortion monster.
Mommy, I love you and I would hate for you to go through the kind of pain I did.

Please be careful.

Love,
Your Baby Girl

Chakras

Amplifying the Energy of the Chakras
Chakras are the subtle energy centers of the body. The ancient Indian Yogis understood the nature of the subtle energy which drives all biological function. They called these centers “Chakras” which literally means “ wheels.” Those who see energy often perceive the chakras as spinning with a wheel-like appearance. This energy is most commonly referred to as chi or prana and it is the animating force behind all living things. Physiologists who search for a purely physical explanation of all biological activity are on a fool’s quest, like a man dissecting a piano in order to find the concerto hidden inside. The mystery is vast.Somewhat like Dr. Abraham Maslow’s “Hierarchy of Needs” which moves from survival, to sex, to emotional well-being, etc., the chakras have a similar hierarchy.

Chakras are energy centers that run from the base of your spine out the top, or crown, of your head. The word chakra is a Sanskrit word, meaning wheel or disc. There are seven major chakras, each a circular wheel of light spinning in your energetic system, associated with certain body parts, a color, stone, element, and function. By learning to tune into the energy of your chakras, you can begin to embrace the fullness of who you truly are. Seven main chakras and their placement along the spine Root Chakra Sacral Chakra Solar Plexus Heart Chakra Throat Chakra Third Eye Crown Chakra.
The first chakra at the base of the spine vibrates with the energy of safety and security.
The second chakra across from the genitals holds the energy of sex, procreation and creativity.
The third chakra at the solar plexus carries the energy of emotional expression.
The fourth chakra at the heart vibrates love.
The fifth chakra is at the throat and holds the energy of communication.
The sixth chakra is at the “ third eye” between the brows and holds energy for insight, awareness and wisdom.
The seventh chakra is at the crown of the head and and helps us open to our spirituality.
Most people who are familiar with the chakras do not realize that you can activate and amplify the energy of the chakras to assist yourself and others for the purpose of healing. Since energy follows thought, when you put your attention into the chakras, you are also bringing energy there. Since breath carries the life-force energy, breathing may also amplify the energy. When you have learned to link powerful body awareness exercises with focused breathing, and vortex the chakras, the energy you generate becomes remarkableMuladhara, or Root, Chakra
This deep red chakra grounds and connects us to the earth. When our root chakra is open, we feel a sense of belonging. We deserve to be here and to be happy. This chakra focuses on our needs. Basic needs like food, shelter, and water are necessary in order for this chakra to feel balanced. Beyond that, we can use food (both “real” food and all of the things that feed us that don’t come on our plate) in our lives to help us feel more present in our bodies. Stones: Ruby, Bloodstone, HematiteElement: EarthBody Part(s): Adrenal Glands, associated with survival (fight or flight) instinctsSvadhisthana, or Sacral, Chakra
This calming orange wheel goes round in our lower abdomen, right below the navel. This chakra is associated with health, pleasure, feelings, and sexuality. When the sacral chakra is balanced, we feel abundant, we know that we are deserving of pleasure in all areas of our lives. It is this chakra that helps us feel free to let our emotions flow through our lives, taking them as they come and knowing that they will pass, knowing that just as emotions are fluid, so is life. When we are able to find ways to accept and express our emotions, then we are able to keep our emotional, as well as physical, bodies healthy.Stones: Carnelian, Tiger’s Eye, Onyx Element: Water Body Part(s): Testicles, Ovaries, in charge of sexual development Manipura, or Solar Plexus, Chakra
This bright yellow ball of fire heats up our personal sense of power. Located at the solar plexus, this chakra helps to center us. It is our power center where we develop our autonomy and sense of self. When this chakra is open, we feel worthy of all that life has to offer us. We realize the power we possess to create the life of our dreams is already alive inside of us. When we harness the energy of the solar plexus chakra, we find the strength to conquer our dreams and goals.Stones: Topaz, Citrine, Amber Element: Fire Body Part(s): Pancreas, controls digestion Anahata, or Heart, Chakra
Our heart center creates balance in our lives. When we move into our heart chakra, we feel love and compassion toward ourselves. Once we have learned to be kind to ourselves, then we are able to extend that kindness to others. The heart chakra allows us to live our lives from an understanding, considerate, and peaceful place. It connects us to others, our surroundings, and the universe. When we tap into our heart chakra, love radiates around us and out into the world.Stones: Rose Quartz, Diamond, Peridot Element: Air Body Part(s): Thymus, helps build immune system Visuddha, or Throat, Chakra
The blue of this energy center spins its truth in our throat, helping us to be authentic in the way we live our lives. The throat chakra is where we communicate, where we are able to openly share our life perspective. Part of speaking truthfully involves carefully considering our words and the effect they will have once they have been spoken, causing us to consciously choose what we say to others. This, however, does not mean that we bottle our words up inside. It means that we try to look at all perspectives and find a respectful way to present our voice. Be clear, ask for what you want.Stones: Turquoise, Blue Agate, Aquamarine Element: Sound Body Part(s): Thyroid, controls metabolism Ajna, or Third Eye, Chakra
The violet light of this chakra makes its mark on our forehead, between the eyebrows and slightly above. This is where we see, where our inner eye lives. When we have an important decision to make or are feeling uncertain in our lives, it helps to focus on the third eye and to seek guidance. Everything we need to know is inside of us. Each one of us has all of the answers to all of the questions that we ask. What we need to do is slow down, take some time out, listen and trust in our own wisdom.Stones: Sapphire, Tanzanite, Lapis Lazuli Element: Light Body Part(s): Pituitary Gland, influences growth and hormones Sahasrara, or Crown, Chakra
Bright white light glows at the top of our head, radiating upward, reaching its rays out into the world beyond us. When we are grounded in our bodies, we are able to accept the ever-changing world that moves around us. Once we have accepted that change, we can work on building a strong sense of self, knowing that we deserve to fulfill our dreams. Having learned to love ourselves, we can then let that love move beyond the boundaries of our self and enter into our interactions with others. When we know how to love ourselves and others, then we are able to speak our truth from a place of integrity and respect for all involved in the conversation. When we are able to openly be honest, we can then go inside and listen quietly to our inner voice, which guides us. Going inside, we discover that though it often seems we are alone in this journey of life, we are really connected to everything. The white light radiates out from our crown and blends into the rest of the light that flows from all other beings. We are all one.Stones: Amathyst, Alexandrite Element: Thought Body Part(s): Pineal Gland, regulates natural body rhythms

" Thirty Nights"

Thirty nights I waited.
For what, I thought I knew.
It all seemed familiar.
What I had long for:
Joy, happiness, and love
What I had received:
Sadness, guilt, and hate.
Thirty nights I waited.
Like babes waiting nine months.
Patiently it all seemed okay.
I had hoped you would come.
Why had you not come?It was the truth…
You never loved me.
You never cared for me.
You never held me in your arms.
You never promise me a life,
Which you could not gave to me.
Thirty nights I waitedLike a predator.
I waited and watched the road.
For you, I know not.
For in my heart, There existed—a known fact- You’d never return.
And I,And I will always be alone.

This is not "AYURVEDA"

Shashi tharoor..

"AYURVEDA Goes Global," blazed the headline in a leading weekly this summer. The cover story waxed eloquent about the West's discovery of this 5,000-year-old Indian discipline, dropping the names of celebrities who have turned to our traditional remedies to cure their post-modern ailments — Naomi Campbell, Demi Moore, Cherie Blair and the ubiquitous Madonna were prominently mentioned. "Ayurveda continues to grow rapidly as one of the most important systems of mind-body medicine, natural healing and traditional medicine," the article quotes a Dr. David Frawley as saying, "as the need for natural therapies, disease prevention and a more spiritual approach to life becomes ever more important in this ecological age." That sounds like an appropriately New Age sentiment, but tellingly, the article calculates the success of this otherworldly science in material terms: Ayurveda, it seems, accounts for $60 billion of a $120 billion "global herbal market".
And therein, if I may coin a phrase, lies the rub. There is no argument about the increasing popularity of Ayurveda: clinics professing to offer ayurvedic treatments are sprouting like herbs in places as far afield as London and the Italian Dolomites, and "ayurvedic tourism" is already a significant money-earner for our national exchequer. Kerala, in particular, has made a fetish out of advertising its ayurvedic spas, and several five-star hotels, which not so long ago would have looked down at anything so desi, have cashed in on the rage. But what exactly is it that they are selling? Tourist brochures show a winsome blonde in a bikini being massaged by a lady in a traditional red-bordered white Kerala sari, with jasmine in her hair and a brass lamp at her side. This is effectively packaged exotica: not Ayurveda as a remedy for disease, but rather as an upmarket beauty treatment — a relaxation cure for the jaded. A 5,000-year-old science has become the diversion of choice of the era of the 15-second soundbite. "Pamper yourself with the wisdom of the ancients," the slogan might as well say.
"This is not Ayurveda," says Dr. Ramkumar, a 33-year-old former Calcuttan who runs the venerable Arya Vaidya Pharmacy in Coimbatore, which offers the more traditional treatments. "This is a travesty of Ayurveda. People are taking what is meant to be a total system of medicine and reducing it to a few superficial treatments. Ayurveda is meant to diagnose and treat the entire person, not one part of his or her body. And the principle behind our treatments is vital. Our massages, for example, are not intended for transient pleasure. In fact massage is the wrong word for them — they are really oil applications. A doctor determines what are the right oils you need, and they are then applied systematically over a period of time. The benefit of the treatment comes from the oil, not from the rubbing. But instead it is the massage that is being promoted rather than the medicinal purpose of the oil." True enough. Professional ayurveds are also critical of the way in which the cosmetics industry has latched onto Ayurveda. The hottest range of beauty products in North America these days — soaps and moisturisers, anti-wrinkle creams and conditioning shampoos — claims to be based on Ayurveda. But it calls itself "Aveda", a more digestible brand-name, in order to appeal to a mainstream clientele. "Aveda," snorts one ayurved dismissively. "That means, against the Veda!"
The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy is doing tremendous work to popularise "real" Ayurveda across the country — both Prime Minister Vajpayee and former President Narayanan are beneficiaries of their treatments — but it is more of a challenge to get the word out around the world. Most countries — not just in the West — do not recognise Ayurveda as a system of medicine, which makes it impossible to export medicines and oils except as "herbal dietary supplements". Ayurvedic practitioners are also not recognised as doctors (though many of them have graduated from a rigorous four-year course taught by the Central College of Ayurveda in India), and as such would not be licensed to treat illnesses. This leaves them little choice but to offer the cosmetic treatments, especially massages, which have less exacting licensing requirements. An ancient science has been reduced to a modern fad.
"You wouldn't go for a bypass and ask the doctor to short-circuit some of the procedures," says Dr. Ramkumar. "Why should you ask an ayurved to do so?" The answer is, of course, that no one has a bypass for pleasure, but some ayurvedic treatments are indeed pleasureable, whether or not they serve a larger medical purpose. One August day, I drove up to the Tamil Nadu hill resort of Kotagiri to spend a blissful 24 hours at the Arya Vaidya Pharmacy's "Ayurprastha" retreat, the former palace of the Travancore Maharajah. I walked in the bracing mountain air, ate organic vegetarian Kerala meals and treated myself to two ayurvedic massages by an expert therapist. I knew perfectly well that 24 hours was not going to redress anything fundamentally wrong with my constitution, but 24 hours was all I had, and even if the effects could not possibly be lasting, I felt reinvigorated for the next few days. Is that such a bad thing for India to offer the rushed visitor? Our ancient traditions evolved in ancient times; if we can adapt them to the present and in the process bring a few of those 60 billion dollars into our country, what's the harm in doing so? We're never going to become a major tourist destination because of our beaches or our shopping malls; no one is going to come to us for our spectacular historic sites because they are so badly maintained and supported so poorly by our infrastructure. The one commodity we have in abundance that the world wants is our ancient wisdom — the spiritual teachings of our sages, including the practice of Ayurveda. The purists like Dr. Ramkumar are right that what is being promoted is really "Ayurveda Lite", but let us not allow the best to become the enemy of the good. No one wants the basic principles of Ayurveda to be compromised. But perhaps by popularising Ayurveda in this way we will generate the resources the ayurveds need to do their serious work better.

"WHAT IS GOD"

What is god ?
The omnipotent omnipresent power controlling / guiding an atom and also the universe and also the power which is existing in each and every living being is the god.Does the god has shape and size ?
Absolutely not. It is for the sake of common man we make the pictures. Like we make a globe for teaching the earth. Does the god have the names ?
No. the god does not have the name. For quick memory and recollection we call different names to different natural phenomenon. After the natue is the direct manifestation of god.Why do we give so mny names to god?
Each name has a meaning. The names convey a great meaning so we give the names. Lekshmi means glory and prosperity. Saraswati means the one whichis flowing. Parvathy means the torrential force or energy. Ganesa means the one which is controlling everything in group. Krishna means whichis black and attracting. Rama means which gives you happiness. And so onCan we see with our naked eyes ?
Unless you reach that level it is impossible to see even seeing through inner eyes. Many things which we cannot see are existing like atoms, electrons, air, billions and billions of galaxies. Why to worship god ?
It is not necessary if you feel it is not worth. To know that human beings have limitations and what all taking place in the world are almost beyond the control of human brain, we have to know that divine power. For knowing that divine power we should remember frequently. For this purpose we are using the method worship. Will the god get angry if we are not worshipping ?
The god is not bothered about anything like you worship or criticize. God is not bothered about your flower, nivedyam, lamp, manthra, pooja or temple. They are all for ourselves. So the worship of the god, prayer, manthra, pooja, etc., are all for ourselves. What is the relation between the god and human beings ?
Since we got birth in this earth from our parents, our relation with our parents is divine. Like that we are here because of the god. So our relation with god is divine. It is just like human relation we have relation with god or divine power. Why should we worship at all ?
We have three debt according to Indian thoughts. The debt towards god is known as deva riuna, that towards parents is known as pitru runa and the last one is Rushi runa towards our Rushies who are responsible for our sanathana dharma. How to get rid of these runas ?
These three are permanent and we cannot get mukti from this runa. Hence we always remember god by continuously by way of worship. We remember our parents even after their death by performing the pitru srardha and before chanting any manthra we remember the name of the Rushi who composed them. Thus we repeatedly offer our homage to all these three. Thus arose the worship of god, according to Indian customs.Does it mean that we worship god for offering our thanks ?
Yes definitely it is for the same. Is the concept of god in all religion same?
No in semitic religion it differs significantly from that of the Indian religion or sanathana dharma. Even though people say that it is the same, it varies significantly. And in no way it can be compared too.Can we point out one major difference?
One of the most crucial difference is that in semitic religion people are god fearing people. In our case we are god loving. This fundamental difference is very serious. One who fears god means, fundamentally some thing abnormal in the mind and psychology. The feeling of fear is negative where as the feeling of love and bhakti is positive. How do Indians vary in their approach to god?
We are never god fearing people, we are god loving (bhaktas) people . We never consider human beings as sinners. Our approach to god is devotion and not the fear psychosis. We always accommodated any new branch of worship and religion. We gave permission to accept and reject any method or every method of worship. Even we gave the permission to reject god. Surprisingly you might have read in our earlier lines that the best bhakti bhava is known as satru bhava bhakti or dwesha bhava bhakti, that is I am against/ enemy to god .How do Indians evaluated atheism and an atheist ?
We (sanathana dharma followers), in our thought have clearly mentioned that no objection on somebody becoming an atheist. We considered atheists also Rushies. Science and spirituality went hand in hand here. Atheists in India were known as Rishies, Charvaka school of thoughts is full of atheism only. In all the branch of our literature automatically atheism has been included. This can be seen in Mahabharta, Ramayana, Darsana commentaries, puranas and even in dharma sastraHow does our prayer vary ?
We never go for group prayer and all sorts of worship are considered as personal. At the same time chanting mantra, bhajans, story telling, listening to purana, harikatha etc group prsence or involvement are permitted. We gave the freedom even to refuse and reject any branch of existing practice /methods /concept / thoughts and create your own method. We prayed for the well being of one and all including those who are following other pathways We always requested others to follow any method after critical analyses in the light of saastram. Can we say we have only one level of god realization ?
We have different levels of understanding the nature and divine power because the concept of god is different at different levels. We consider the divine power is within all human beings and living beings. Till you realize that concept you have to have lower level of worship, once you realized that you are the embodiment of divinity, then even lower can be rejected. How do we estimate our temples of worship ?
The Indian temples are not merely prayer halls but quantum healing centers We elevated the status of even a stone to divinity and we could see divinity in it. The plants and animals were given the divine status. Earth, Sun, air, water and all those are considered with divine respect . One should elevate himself for understanding that these are all the manifestation and manipulation of the divine power. We can say the devolution of the divinity. The manifestation of divinity is clearly mentioned in Sanskrit as the brahma vaivartham. Can we say the prayer is a dialogue between devotee and god ?
In India the prayer is a dialogue between the god and devotee. We never kept agents /brokers for making more followers for our gods . We prayed directly to god and never through brokers or saints. One person cannot declare another person as saint. These saintship etc are all recognition for converting people to their religion. Not for god realization. How our customs and rituals connect with god ?
Our customs and rituals are not for pleasing gods but for fetching psychological, physiological, family based , social and national benefits. The spirituality is added to the customs to make it smooth and whole hearted . to get more faith factor in it.

Dietary

Sugar - Avoid as much as possible all foods containing added sugar (e.g. cakes, candies, ice cream, sodas, certain cereals, Jell-O, ketchup, etc.).

Acceptable: Sugar natural to food such as the natural sugar found in fruit may be eaten. Raw, unfiltered honey, unsulphured black strap molasses, pure maple syrup, rice syrup and date sugar may be used as acceptable sweeteners, but should be used in moderation. However, some people need to avoid these completely as well. Stevia is acceptable as a sweetener.

Alcohol - Avoid all alcoholic beverages including liquor, beer and wine. Try naturally sparkling spring water with a twist of lemon or lime as your social drink.

Caffeine - Avoid coffee, tea, cola and chocolate as much as possible. It is advisable to also avoid decaffeinated coffee such as Sanka or Brim, as chemicals are used in the decaffeination process. If coffee is used, it should be organic, as most coffee is high in pesticides. Herb teas are not only acceptable substitutes, but often therapeutic.

White Flour Products - Avoid white bread, white pasta products and also white rice. Whole grain flour products and brown rice may be used instead. However, some people who have problems with gluten sensitivity may need to avoid whole grains containing gluten (wheat, oats, rye, barley and possibly others).

Hydrogenated Fats - Avoid hydrogenated fats -- oils which have been made hard by the addition of hydrogen atoms (e.g., margarine, Crisco, processed mayonnaise, and processed peanut butter) -- as they contain trans fatty acids. Old-fashioned nut butter that is not hydrogenated may be used. Saturated fats (e.g., butter, animal fats) are allowed in moderation. Unsaturated cold pressed vegetable oils (e.g., safflower, sesame, canola, sunflower, virgin olive oil) may be used. Avoid frying in vegetable oil, though broth may be used.

Chemicals added to food - Labels must be read. In some cases, labels do not reflect the chemicals in the food. Avoid artificial preservatives (e.g., BHA, BHT, MSG, nitrites, nitrates, sodium benzoate, etc.) commonly found in bread, crackers, and cereals. All processed, cured meats such as bologna, salami, frankfurters, corned beef and pastrami, should be avoided because of the addition of chemicals. Avoid artificial coloring as commonly found in frankfurters, soda, certain candy, maraschino cherries, juice drinks, etc. Avoid artificial flavoring commonly found in certain ice creams, frozen pies and candy. Avoid artificial sweeteners: aspartame (Nutrasweet) , saccharine (Sweet 'n Low), and sucralose (Splenda). All diet sodas, any diabetic foods, and other processed low calorie foods should be avoided. Stevia may be used as a sweetener.

Fluoride - Avoid fluoridated water (1 PPM) and all tap water, unless filtered appropriately. To filter fluoride from tap water, the filter must contain a reverse osmosis component. Use bottled spring water, distilled or filtered water. Avoid fluoride-containing supplements. Avoid dental fluoride treatments (10,000 PPM fluoride). Avoid fluoridated toothpaste (1,000 PPM). Toothpaste without fluoride and containing natural ingredients may be purchased at most health food stores. Examples are Auromere, Homeodent and certain Tom’s toothpastes.

Bromine & Bromide - Avoid commercial baked goods and other sources of bromide and bromine.

Chlorinated Water - Water should be filtered to remove chlorine.

Genetically Modified Foods - Should be avoided as much as possible. See website www.geneticroulette .com

Non-Dietary

Tobacco - Avoid cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc. Try to avoid inhaling other people's smoke, as much as possible.

Recreational Drugs - Avoid marijuana, cocaine, hallucinogens (like LSD) and generally all "recreational drugs."

Unnecessary Prescription Drugs and OTC Medications - We are an over-medicated people. Among the leading causes of death, those that are medication related rank 4th. Drug interactions are a major problem. Medication use should be kept to a bare minimum.

Synthetic Hormones - As found in synthetic hormone replacement therapy and birth control pills. Bio-indentical hormones may be used if monitored carefully and there is a need.

Mercury - Mercury is highly toxic and enters the tissues of the body to damage the nervous system, immune system and other systems. Amalgam dental fillings contain mercury. Fish contaminated with mercury (swordfish, some tuna, others) should be avoided or kept to a minimum. Mercury content of the body should be evaluated with blood tests and urine tests provoked with a chelating agent. Vaccines containing Thimerosal (mercury containing preservative) are potentially dangerous and should be avoided as much as possible (Thimerosal has recently been removed from some vaccines in the US ).

Exposure to many synthetic chemicals - e.g., pesticides, paints and paint products, formaldehyde, etc.

Tight Clothing that restricts lymphatic system drainage - especially bras in women, which may be associated with breast cancer when worn more than 12 hours a day. Wear bras as little as possible. Bras should be as loose-fitting as possible.

Aluminum cookware and Teflon cookware - Avoid aluminum and Teflon cookware as aluminum tends to accumulate in the body and fluoride may be released from Teflon. Stainless steel, Pyrex, enamel, Corning and iron cookware may be used instead.

Electric Blankets - The electric energy field interferes with the human energy field.

Hair Dyes - Synthetic hair dyes increase risk for certain types of cancers. Some men's hair dyes contain lead. Certain natural dyes may be more acceptable.

Anti-Perspirant Deodorants - These contain aluminum which is toxic, and they inhibit detoxification of the breasts and chest area.

Lipstick containing lead - most of them do - Use lipsticks that do not contain lead.

High Voltage Power Lines - Avoid these as much as possible. If your home is located near them, consider moving.

Waterbeds - The electric energy field used to warm the bed interferes with the human energy field.

Metal Rimmed Eyeglasses - The metal crossing the midline between the eyes weakens the human energy field.

Microwave Ovens - Negative effect on food and harmful radiation in vicinity of microwave oven.

Suntan Lotions - These may be used at times to prevent skin damage from the sun, but a moderate amount of sunlight (without sunburn) on the skin is necessary for optimal health to create vitamin D and probably other beneficial effects.

Electromagnetic Fields - Be aware of the dangers of diagnostic x-rays, cell phones, magnetic fields from computers, microwave ovens, etc.

Be aware of possible withdrawal reactions when stopping some of the addictive substances discussed above, such as alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, cocaine, marijuana and sugar. To reduce reactions, these substances should be tapered slowly rather than stopping cold turkey, especially if strong withdrawal reactions occur
